Refund policy

All items at Preloved Clothing Co. are "Final Sale". One of the ways we are able to provide low prices and a fast order fulfillment time is by selling everything at "Final Sale". We are not able to accept returns at this time. We always strive to catch any and all imperfections with items, however if you do receive an item that is not as it is described, please email us at prelovedclothingco@gmail.com within 2-3 days after receipt and we promise to do our best to fix it.
